What are Atlanta Club Sport's hours?
We are generally available from 10:00am - 5:00PM, Tuesday - Friday. During the weekend you can find us at the various fields throughout the area.

Absolutely!
I am new to ACS and I want to play, how do I find more information about upcoming leagues? (For example: Coed Flag Football, Winter season)
From the ACS home page, select "Play" to view "Upcoming Leagues." Leagues are listed under their respective sport. Click the yellow links to dial into more detailed information about each league.
What is the minimum number of players I need to start a team?
Each sport has a different minimum roster requirement:
Basketball - 10
Flag Football - 11
Soccer - 12
Softball - 12
Volleyball - 2's - 2, 3's - 3, 4's - 5, 6's - 6
What is the cost per team?
Follow the same path as described above, the answer can be found on the league information page.
Can I register without a credit card?
A credit card is required for online registration. If you need to make other payment arrangements please contact us at atlanta@usclubsport.com
What is the minimum age requirement?
Players must be 21 or older to participate in ACS.
What is the deadline for registration?
There is no deadline for any of our leagues. We treat them all on a first come first served (paid) basis. Registration will close whenever all of our allotted space fills up. Some leagues fill quicker than others, so we always encourage people to register as quickly as possible. Just because there is space in the morning, does not mean it won't fill before the afternoon
Do I have to have a team to register?
NO! Single players and small groups are encouraged to register as Free Agents, especially if they don't know anybody and/or don't have enough players for a full team. Each season we create teams comprised of Free Agent registrants. We build the rosters and send that information to every Free Agent so individuals can contact each other prior to the start of the season. Free Agent placement is NOT GUARANTEED, but we try our best to place everyone. NO charges will be processed unless placement occurs.
Can I be placed on a team with my friend(s) or coworker(s)?
Yes! When you register as a free agent, include the names of your friend(s) and/or coworker(s) in the comments section, we can place you on the same team.
Can you hold a spot for me?
We do not hold any spots. The only way to get a confirmed spot in a league is to submit a roster and FULL payment. We accept no partial payments or deposits.
What is the refund policy?
Absolutely no refunds unless league cancellation by ACS. There will be a $20 fee for any returned checks. The $3.95 registration fee is non-refundable even in circumstances where a league or event is cancelled

Fees
What is the difference between the team fee and free agent fee?
- Team Fee
Covers the minimum number of players on a team, depending on which sport. You are not required to pay individual fees on top of the team fee. For example, Coed Flag Football is $638/team of 11, NOT $638/team + $58/individual. - Free Agent Fees
Each sport and division has free agent registrants. These registrants are charged a per person fee. The Free Agent fee is $75 per season.
What are the different payment options?
Option #1: TEAM - Full Payment will charge a credit card for the full team fee upon registration.
Option #2: TEAM - Individual Payment ($58 per player) Teammates will each be paying their portion of the team fee separately through the website.
Are there any additional fees associated with payments?
The New ACS Website contains licensed software which entails a $3.95 transaction fee for every payment made through the ACS website.
Why am I being charged more than the team fee?
If the number of players invited to your team online exceeds the minimum roster number listed for your league, there will be an additional fee of $20/person.
What is the deadline for payment?
Payment is due upon registration. Your spot in the league is not secure until full team payment is received.
Do registration fees include shirts?
Yes! Team T-shirts are included with your registration fee for the majority of our sports.
When will we receive our shirts?
Team shirts are distributed at the field/court the second week of the season. Until team shirts have been received, each player should bring a white and a dark shirt to avoid conflicts. In fact, we encourage players to bring an extra shirt to each game of the season.

Before The Schedule Is Released
Can I confirm that my team is registered?
Yes, when you log into your account, you will be able to view the status of your team through your player dashboard.
How do I create a roster and invite others to play on my team?
Team captains can login to their ACS profile and click "Manage Teams." To invite players to join, the captain must click the team they wish to add to. There, in the roster management area, captains can "Add Players," see who has accepted or declined invitations and build their final roster.
When can I expect to hear about my team or schedule for the league?
Team captains are notified by email once the schedule is available. We typically post schedules on the website 3-7 days prior to the start of the season. This is all dependent on registrations and when a league fills. Free agents can expect an update on placement a couple days prior to the start of the season. It usually takes longer to get the free agent teams put together.
Can I change my team name?
Only the designated team captain has the ability to change the team name. Captains can log into the website, click on the link to their team, and under "Change Team Name" can insert a new team name.
Can I change my nickname?
Your nickname can be changed through your player dashboard. Click "Edit my Profile" on the left panel, then you can change the information in the field under "Nickname" to the new name.
Can I change my password?
Your password can be changed through your player dashboard. Click "Change Password" on the left panel, then enter the new password as you wish.
Does ACS provide softballs?
Yes. We provide one (1) new softball each game.
What bats are approved for softball?

What is the maximum players on a roster?
We do not have maximum roster restrictions. However, the $20 fee per player over the minimum for your sport will be applied for TEAM payments; $58 per player applies to all rostered players for teams that choose the INDIVIDUAL payment option.
Free Agent Registration Questions:
- I am not showing up on any teams, when will I be assigned?
If you have registered as a free agent for a league, you will be contacted by email as soon as we have updated information on your placement. This may not occur until just prior to the start of the season. - Will I be placed on an existing team?
Possibly, if an existing team finds themselves in need of an additional player(s) in order to complete their roster you may be placed on an existing team.

During The Season
What happens when there is inclement weather?
If there is inclement weather or a potential for cancellation, we update our rain out line (678-994-0793) first. Updates may also be posted on ACS Twitter & ACS Facebook Page. Typically if a decision to cancel is determined prior to 4:00 during the week, ACS will notify captains via email of this cancelation. It is the captain's responsibility to be sure all teammates have been notified of any cancelations. If inclement weather develops during league play, ACS staff will attempt to contact those remaining teams scheduled to play that day/night, but close attention should be paid to the rain out line and twitter. Always check these venues before you head out to your game.
We try to make a decision as early as possible, but oftentimes weather does not break until late. We make our decisions based on field conditions and on what the actual weather has done/is doing, not based on forecasts or potential threats of a storm.
Unless otherwise notified, when games are canceled, follow the schedule as originally posted (ex. If April 7 is canceled teams should follow the April 14 schedule for their next game.) Canceled games are typically made up towards the end of the season if time allows. ACS reserves the right to shorten the regular season to 6 games/matches due to excessive rainouts. ACS also reserves the right to schedule make ups and playoffs on days/nights other than your regularly scheduled days/nights.
My team is going to have to forfeit, what do I need to do?
Please email the ACS office (atlanta@playclubsport.com) as soon as possible so we may notify your opponent and the league coordinator/official. A win and points will be awarded to the team not at fault, and any team with a forfeit will automatically drop to the bottom of any tie breaking situation in league standings.
If a team fails to notify ACS of a forfeit 2 or more times that team may be removed from remaining regular season games and/or denied inclusion in the end of season playoffs.

League Playoffs
When will the league playoffs begin?
Typically, league playoffs will begin the week following the final regular season games and will be played on the same day as the regular season. In the case of excessive cancelations during the season, ACS reserves the right to host games on days other than a normal day of play.
How do the standings determine the seeding?
Teams are seeded according to won-loss/points, forfeits, head to head competition, point differential, points against and points for. Any team with a recorded forfeit will automatically fall to the bottom of any tie breaker situation.
